Cancellation PolicyAdvance Notice Required: If you wish to cancel your appointment or service, we require a minimum of 24 hours advance notice prior to your scheduled time. Failure to Provide Notice: Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled service or failure to attend your appointment will result in a full charge for the service.No Refund PolicyAll Sales Final: Once a booking is confirmed and payment is processed, no refunds will be provided for any cancellations, no-shows, or unused services, regardless of the reason.

Rescheduling Options: In certain cases, and at the discretion of Magical Roads, you may be allowed to reschedule your appointment if you provide sufficient notice. Rescheduling must occur within 2 days of the original booking date. This option is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.Non-Transferable ServicesAll services purchased are non-transferable. You may not transfer your booking or session to another person or a different service.Exceptional CircumstancesIn rare cases of exceptional circumstances (such as medical emergencies), we may consider making special accommodations. However, this is entirely at the discretion of Magical Roads and does not guarantee any refund or rescheduling.
